Lt Col Jonate McGrew provides a training session on fundamentals for becoming an effective mentor or mentee

Our mentor program officially started on 17 March 2021, with a virtual kickoff event between detachment faculty and students, recent graduates, and mentors from our alumni association. During this time we provided an overview of the program and conducted a training session on mentoring fundamentals. The Detachment Commander also announced the formal mentor/mentee matches between the cadets and alumni association members.
