Mentor Program Resources

We designed our mentor program to cultivate productive engagements between mentors and mentees. Part of this includes establishing the proper expectations on between a mentor and mentee, provide training to further enhance the mentoring skills, and provide a starter kit with tools that benefit both mentors and mentees.
